We will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information our candidates share with us.

We will permit only authorized employees, who are trained in the proper handling of customer information, to have access to that information. Employees who violate our Privacy Promise will be subject to our normal disciplinary process.

We shall limit the use and collection of customer information to the minimum we require to provide ITECHGURUS members superior service, which includes advising them about our products, services and other opportunities, and to administer our business.

We shall always maintain control over confidentiality of the information provided to us by our candidates. We may, however, at times choose to facilitate pertinent offers from reputable organizations. These organizations are however do not reserve the rights to retain any subscriber information until and unless the subscriber has specifically and personally expressed interest in their services or products.

We shall initially inform candidates in plain language, and at least once every year, how they may get their names removed from ITECHGURUS’ marketing lists. At any time however, candidates will be free to contact us in order to get their names removed from such lists.

Whenever we hire any agencies to offer support services to our candidates, we shall require them to conform to our privacy standards and allow us to audit them for compliance with the same.
We shall try to keep the customer files up-to-date, complete, and accurate. We shall inform our candidates where and how to easily access their account information (except when prohibited by certain law and regulations) and how to inform us about the errors that we shall promptly rectify.

We shall not disclose customers’ personal information to any outside organizations unless we have formerly informed the subscriber in agreements or disclosures that are required by law or that have been authorized by the candidate beforehand.
